As an Authorized iMIS Consultant (AiC), we are trained, certified, and authorized to provide consulting services for iMIS. We have a dedicated team of Certified iMIS Administrators (CiA) and Certified iMIS Professionals (CiP) that have helped hundreds of companies in a variety of iMIS projects both big and small for 30+ years. Our company specializes in consulting and day-to-day technical support and issue resolution for iMIS.
Our Consulting Services
When you are ready to reset your iMIS system, we can do your redeployment. We assess your critical organization functions and how your system is aligned with your goals and objectives for long term planning. We do this by recycling the parts of your iMIS system that do not need to be replaced which keeps the costs low. We look closely at what is mission critical, and whether parts should be redeployed during or outside of your organization hours. Additionally, we clean up any messy customizations, SQL Scripts that do not work properly, and remove any inaccurate and unwanted reports.
With many nonprofits and associations, older data is still important and must be retained for future reference or regulatory compliance reasons. If you are leaving iMIS and need to archive your database or simply need an archive completed yearly, we can help with our professional services. We move iMIS data that is no longer actively used to a separate server.
For SQL we can help with support for stored procedures, triggers, views, and alerts. We provide services such as: scrubbing, repair, and restoration of your data as well as any custom processes that are needed for your SQL. In addition, we troubleshoot your desktops, servers, websites and manage your SQL server admin users.
In our company we have specialized iMIS experts who support issues within the iMIS finance module. They are an extended part to our team and provide their professional support with anything revolving around iMIS financials. Our support includes fixing out of balance batches, reconciling accounts receivable to general ledger balances, reconciling deferred revenue, converting general ledger accounts when changing accounting systems, connecting your iMIS to your general ledger setup, and assistance with dues billing.
You can do more with iMIS when you integrate it with other applications and Content Management Systems (CMS). We have implemented many successful third-party integrations over the last 30+ years. Third-party integrations we have deployed are: iMIS advanced email marketing tool, MailChimp, Informz, iEmail, iParts, GoToWebinar, Zoom, EventBrite, and AutoDraft.
We manage a variety of IQA reporting queries such as: accounting, events, certifications, and memberships. Our iMIS experts develop all sorts of custom reports including but not limited to invoices, accounting, dues, certification certificates and conference credentials. We manage and troubleshoot TaskCentre and assist with your iMIS process automation and email templates. Most importantly, we convert custom crystal reports (Desktop and TaskCentre) to custom SQL server reporting services (SSRS) reports.
Our company will help install, customize, and configure your iMIS instance and any modules you need for your organization. We also fine tune your user-defined tables and tabs, manage simple and complex events, setup dynamic content items (iParts), and deploy desktop and staff site view for your organization. In addition, we deploy patches and updates for your system on a proactive basis.
